Raygun

This is my first project with PONOKO.  It’s a laser cut, bamboo or cardboard, flat-pack, raygun kit.  I’m really happy with how this first prototype has come out and went together.

Important Indicators

Driving south on 101 at approximately 9:00am, the freeway reflectors in the rear-view mirror shine bright blood red.  These are designed so if at night a person gets confused and goes driving against the right of way these reflectors act as warnings.  I love seeing these because it gives me hope that, in life, if I’m about to really f**k up there might be some indication before everything goes really really bad.  And not seeing any signs, at the moment, that maybe things are okay and maybe I’m heading in a safe direction, but maybe I just don’t know what to be looking for.

ANY CHARACTER HERE

Created by Scrappers and seriously improved by ARNE. Each one of these bad boys are made of hollow rotocast hard plastic and hand painted by Scrappers (and friends). With total 360 degree turning capability at the hips and a removable axe, your lumberjack mythology needs will be 101% satisfied.

This articulated plastic figure is hollow cast in a homemade rotocasting gimbal. ARNE sculpts the original form in plasticine then casts a rigid master from that. ARNE sands and paints the master and engineers the joints and then molds all the individual parts. ARNE casts each part and assembles each “little Bill”.
